Welcome to Tsuba ("we," "our," or "us"). This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you and Tsuba governing your access to and use of our mobile application and related services. By downloading, installing, or using the Tsuba application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our application. We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Tsuba is a daily outfit recommendation application that helps users plan their attire based on personal preferences, electronic wardrobe data, and contextual factors. Our services include but are not limited to:

Tsuba does not require account registration for basic use. You may use the application without creating an account. However, certain features such as in-app purchases, data synchronization across devices, or future cloud services may require or benefit from account creation.
You represent that you are at least 13 years of age (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and consented to this Agreement.
You agree to use Tsuba only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement. You shall not:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
Tsuba offers virtual currency ("coins") through in-app purchases. Coins may be used to unlock wardrobe capacity and other premium features. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
Virtual currency has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real currency. Prices are displayed in your local currency at the time of purchase. Payment processing is handled by Apple Inc. (for iOS) and is subject to Apple's payment terms.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue in-app purchase offerings at any time without prior notice.
All content, design, logos, and materials within the Tsuba application are owned by us or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You retain ownership of content you upload, such as photographs of your clothing. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, store, and process that content solely to provide our services.
THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Outfit recommendations are algorithmic suggestions only. We do not guarantee suitability for any occasion, weather condition, or personal preference. You are solely responsible for your attire choices.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TSUBA AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.
Our total liability for any claims arising from this Agreement or your use of the application shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred US dollars, whichever is greater.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
